We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation of accounts, working with clients across a diverse range of sectors, with varying turnovers.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation of accounts for clients across various sectors
- Coaching and mentoring junior staff members
- Reviewing and supporting audit/accounts work
- Providing valuable insights to clients to help grow their portfolio
- Managing a portfolio of clients and taking sole responsibility for their accounts

To be successful in this role, you will need to be ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified, with extensive experience working in practice. You will also need excellent interpersonal and managerial skills, with a strong commitment to providing professional excellence to clients.
