Senior HR Advisor Role at NRG

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our HR Central Services division in Northumberland. As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting various areas within HR, including performance management, payroll policies, and absence management. This is a 6-month contract opportunity that offers the chance to enhance your skills and gain experience in different generalist HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide advice on HR matters, including performance management, payroll policies, and absence management

* Collaborate with the HR Advisor to help them grow their knowledge and role

* Assist with the implementation of a new HR system and support its development

* Promote wellbeing and diversity and equality policies

* Perform generalist HR duties as needed
