Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEND Early Years Educator to join our team at Kids Planet Denbigh. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth
  • Provide support and guidance to children with SEND requirements, ensuring their needs are met and their potential is maximized
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of all children

Requirements
  • Level 2 qualification in a UK recognized early years qualification
  • Excellent understanding of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
  • Experience working with children with SEND requirements
