Job Title: Apprentice Gas Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Apprentice Gas Engineer to join our team at Example Recruitment Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality gas safety services to our clients.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in gas engineering, with a focus on safety and compliance. You will be responsible for performing gas safety checks, repairing and maintaining central heating systems, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform gas safety checks and inspections on residential and commercial properties
  • Repair and maintain central heating systems, including pipes, fixtures, and controls
  • Install and replace radiators and pipework
  • Upgrade hot and cold systems pipework
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Requirements:
  • 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer
  • ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)
  • Side Van (plain or sign written)
  • Gas Safe Registration
  • Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
  • £2m Public Liability Insurance
  • No unspent criminal convictions
