Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct commercial evaluations of contractor bids for both minor and major projects.
- Oversee the quotation process across various work streams, collaborating with contractors, clients, and team members to deliver a cost-effective service.
- Monitor and assess contractor performance against their submitted quotations.
- Evaluate contractor payment applications for completed works.
- Assist in the preparation of cost reports and provide additional reporting as needed.
- Support commercial reporting and forecasting activities.
- Participate in tendering processes and the re-procurement of contractor services when required.
- Organize and lead contractor valuation audits and performance review sessions.
- Regularly update commercial data in our IT systems.
