Mental Health Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our customers, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations. This will involve assisting with daily living tasks, such as making meals, shopping, and budgeting, as well as supporting customers to access the community for activities of their choice. You will also be responsible for carrying out risk assessments, support planning, and regular reviews.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of caring for others, either in a professional or personal capacity. You will also need to be able to work on your own initiative, remain calm under pressure, and have a resilient approach. You will need to be able to work in a trauma-informed way and ensure that you listen and understand each customer's individual story and what's important to them.
