About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Domestic Gas Service Engineer and a Domestic Gas Installer on behalf of a successful family-run heating contractor who specializes in commercial and domestic heating services.

Company Overview

Established over 25 years, they provide service, repair, and installation heating services to their customer base throughout the region.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, organized, and methodical service and repair to customers.
  • Install heating systems to the highest standards.
  • Work independently, using in-house job management systems.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety legislation at all times.
  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence.

Requirements

  • Domestic Gas Qualifications.
  • OFTEC, LPG, and Commercial qualifications beneficial, but not essential.
  • An eye for detail and a desire to work to a very high standard.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.

Benefits

  • Salary up to £42k per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Standard contract 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm.
  • Optional overtime/Saturday morning work available.
  • Benefits include Van & Fuel Card, pension, 22 days holidays + bank holidays, overtime and bonus opportunities.
