Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and multi-talented Joiner to join our team at Anderselite LTD. As a Joiner and Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out joinery work, including fitting kitchens, doors, windows, and other woodwork, as well as performing maintenance and repair tasks in occupied and void properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out joinery work to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks in occupied and void properties.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and residents.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a joiner, preferably within social housing.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery.
• Multi-skilled in other trades such as plumbing, plastering, or tiling is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving license.
