Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expertise in airfreight imports to coordinate the receipt and processing of shipments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and overseas agents to ensure seamless communication and logistics.
  • Collaborate with our customs clearance team to ensure accurate and efficient clearance of imports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Arrange deliveries and manage invoicing and quotations with precision and attention to detail.
  • Drive company vehicles as required, adhering to safe driving practices and company policies.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, with one Sunday every 4.5 weeks (hybrid schedule).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in airfreight imports or a related field is essential.
