Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Delegated Authority Audit Analyst to join our dedicated team. Reporting directly to the Delegated Authority Audit Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the robust oversight of delegated authority within our organization.

As a key member of the audit function, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Supporting the annual and quarterly review process for audit scheduling, meticulously analyzing and processing audit reports for both coverholders and Delegated Authority Companies (DCA's).
  • Identifying potential issues within audits, diligently following up on them, and escalating them according to established procedures.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of TMK's risk appetite concerning delegated authority, conduct, and financial crime.
  • Ensuring that all external partners/DCA's and coverholders adhere to our stringent conduct and compliance standards.

Beyond core audit responsibilities, you will contribute to:

  • Providing exceptional reports and handling ad-hoc requests as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of the auditor panel and actively participating in the selection process for new auditors.
  • Representing TMK effectively on Lloyd's and other relevant market forums, upholding our company values and organizational behaviors.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks autonomously, and meet deadlines consistently. A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence and quality is essential for success in this role.
