About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Business Development. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify new clients and opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication and networking
  • Source and engage with candidates, booking them in for interviews with clients and making offers of employment
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain a strong online presence, including a professional LinkedIn profile and other social media platforms
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
