We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Durham area. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will work with high street retailers on behalf of iconic brands, ensuring that products and promotions are displayed effectively and that shelves are well-stocked.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Restocking and organising products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
  • Setting up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Ensuring adherence to merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines.
  • Providing accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams via our survey application.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Able to commit to the hours listed above.
  • Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
  • Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks.
  • Be comfortable with manual handling, as you will need to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car are necessary.
