We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at TransUnion. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our data processing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Appraise, setup, process, peer review, and deliver batch jobs for all TransUnion products.
- Provide training and support to enable all members of the team in job delivery.
- Be a point of escalation for all complaints, queries, issues, and incidents working with stakeholders across the business.
- Fulfill quality control requests, ensuring the quality of output and the service we provide remains at the highest possible level.
- Have primary responsibility for onboarding new batch processes, coordinating handovers with the Data Science team, resolving loose ends, and documenting.
- Aid the Data Processing Consultant with process improvement initiatives and managing software releases, including testing and appraisal of new solutions.
- Be a point of contact alongside the Lead for Business Continuity for all things Risk & Compliance.
- Produce and review written process documentation/knowledge base content, ensuring it is clear, accurate, and compliant to corporate and legal standards.
- Previous data analyst experience gained within a fast-paced organisation.
- An understanding of how to work with data in line with GDPR.
- Ability to prioritize workload accordingly based on clients' requirements and needs.
- Ability to follow documented processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to trouble shoot technical and process issues efficiently and effectively.
- A passion for service excellence (improvement & change). A basic level of experience with SQL or another programming language.
