Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a Bid Assistant - IT, you will play a critical role in supporting the IT aspects of client requests for information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review client requirements to ensure Information Security and technical IT requirements are accurately submitted, using standard responses.
  • Highlight risks and exceptions using standard responses and processes.
  • Maintain the Information Security & IT responses template.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the IT and Information Security teams.

Requirements

  • Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal with people at all levels and communicate complex information in a clear, non-technical language.
  • Team-player with good attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and well-organized with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customer-focused with good organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize own workload.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in reviewing different documents, including contracts, RFIs, policies, handbooks, and questionnaires.
