Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Dynamics Field Services Technical Architect to design, develop, implement, and service support our Dynamics 365 Field Services systems and associated services. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Dynamics 365 Field Services systems and associated services
  • Develop and maintain business process flows within Dynamics
  • Design and build plugins, Logic Apps, and workflows
  • Develop and implement JavaScript, C#, and RESTful Web APIs
  • Design and implement SQL databases, preferably using T-SQL
  • Develop and implement Microsoft Power Platform services
  • Design and implement D365 Common Data Model
  • Develop and implement version control systems, such as TFS or Git, and Azure DevOps
  • Develop and implement Agile methodologies
  • Develop and implement Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Certification or equivalent experience

Requirements

  • Substantial and demonstrable experience of designing, implementing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Field Services and Field Service Mobile solutions
  • Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Sales, and Marketing
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure principles and security
  • Knowledge of using KingswaySoft or similar data migration tools
  • Strong understanding of ITIL foundation principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
