Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team on a permanent basis. This role offers a mixture of day and night shifts, with both part-time and full-time hours available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Provide education and training to junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and best practice.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with our company values and standards.
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) qualification.
  • Previous experience in a care home setting, particularly with older adults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in motivating and leading a team, with a commitment to training and supporting junior staff members.
  • Ability to work well within a team and act as a role model in delivering care based on best practices.
