About the Role

We are looking for an individual who is currently working as a carer or senior carer, or a care supervisor seeking a new challenge. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our high standards of quality care are maintained and improved. This is a field-based role that involves working with our clients and caregivers to ensure compliance and excellence in care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake field observations and spot checks on caregivers to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
  • Introduce caregivers to clients and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Regularly supervise and monitor caregivers' progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Sign off new caregivers, ensuring they are competent in medication and manual handling.
  • Shadow and mentor new caregivers, supporting them in their development and ensuring they are ready to work independently.
  • Participate in pre-onboarding client assessments and complete care plans.
