Assistant Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor to join our experienced team at EC PROPERTY RECRUITMENT LTD. As a key member of our building consultancy team, you will play a vital role in delivering projects across various sectors, including health, residential, industrial, retail, and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of building surveying projects, working closely with experienced surveyors and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Support the APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) process for junior surveyors.
  • Participate in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Building Surveyor or in a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of building surveying activities, including project management, contract administration, and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
