Your focus will be on fundamental mechanics and elements, aiming to deliver the most engaging player experience for one of the most renowned games in history.

Your Contribution to the Kingdom

As a Senior Product Manager in the Core Gameplay sector of Candy Crush, you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a lively, dynamic, and fast-paced setting. Your role will involve developing new features and optimizing existing ones to captivate our players and expand our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strategy and roadmap for your designated area within Thrilling Gameplay
  • Facilitate effective Product Discovery and collaborate with other Product Managers, Analysts, Game Designers, and UX Designers to craft engaging player experiences
  • Set and achieve team OKRs for your product area and team
  • Utilize analytics and quantitative analysis to track game performance, suggest A/B-test enhancements, and provide insights for features that boost user retention, engagement, and monetization
  • Foster a positive team environment, coordinating and aligning your cross-functional team(s) and stakeholders towards our objectives, while collaborating effectively with product teams in other domains.
  • Deliver regular updates to stakeholders regarding the performance of your features

  • Experience in a product leadership or management role within a tech/gaming company, or in a similarly analytical position
  • Highly creative, comfortable making design decisions with minimal data
  • Strong understanding of data and statistics, with the ability to interpret confidently and advocate for your recommendations while being open to further learning
  • Experience collaborating with creative professionals, such as designers and artists, as well as engineers, aligning everyone towards a common goal
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information succinctly across various mediums for different audiences
  • A strong leader, passionate about rallying team members and stakeholders around your vision to achieve the best possible product
  • Willingness and ability to mentor junior team members to support their growth and development
