Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer outcomes, maximizing sales potential, and maintaining a high standard of compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Outcomes: Responsible for delivering good customer outcomes that are consistent with Consumer Duty
  • Sales Performance: Maximise the potential of every lead received and overcome objections
  • Product Knowledge: Conduct a robust fact find with each client, ensuring the correct product is presented
  • Product Offering: Offer a range of products which are suitable for the clients and their budget
  • Compliance: Maintain a high standard of compliance at all times
  • Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline of business effectively
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and precisely to the customers
  • Targets: Work towards and ultimately achieve the targets set by the line manager
