An exciting opportunity has emerged for a RICS qualified Agricultural Property Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience to join a prestigious firm of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents.

In this position, you will provide expert advice to farmers, landowners, and commercial property stakeholders on matters related to rural and commercial real estate.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing landlord and tenant relationships, including lease agreements, renewals, and rent assessments.
  • Conducting valuations for rural and commercial properties.
  • Advising on grant schemes and overall estate management.
  • Providing guidance on compensation issues related to compulsory purchases, wayleaves, and easements.
  • Building strong connections within the rural community and staying updated on countryside matters.

We are seeking candidates who possess:
  • Previous experience as an Agricultural Property Consultant or in a comparable role.
  • A solid understanding of rural affairs and agricultural practices.
  • CAAV qualification or currently pursuing it.
  • RICS Registered Valuer status or eligibility for registration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
