  • Product Launches: Coordinate and manage product releases, ensuring they are on schedule and meet business performance targets.
  • Vision Communication: Clearly articulate the product vision to both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance, including customer satisfaction and retention metrics, to refine future product strategies and drive commercial impact.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years in a Product Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of managing the full product lifecycle in an Agile environment.
  • Technical Background: Experience in software development and program management is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Problem Solver: Creative and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
