The Asset Management Associate position is a critical role in the LSEG Data & Analytics Division within the Customer Success Management team. The team is responsible for enhancing customer experience, pro-active client relationship activities to support the global business.
This position is within the Customer Success Management team reporting into the Head of Customer Success Management. The Associate will lead client onboarding, demonstrating and educating new customers on products and services through in-depth training, documentation and support tailored to their workflow.
The Associate will analyse client usage, focusing on at-risk customers to mitigate cancellations and identify value optimization opportunities. They will collect customer experience feedback and share it with relevant teams to support process and tooling changes.
The Associate will build, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with business decision makers and users within each assigned account to influence usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and account management on assigned clients for retention strategies and new business opportunities.
- Support clients at different management levels, requiring knowledge and understanding of financial markets.
- Manage critical issues and risks, requiring a college/university degree or relevant work experience equivalent within the Financial Services.
