Ellipse, a leading sports data and analytics company, is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join its team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's suite of data-driven products by creating user-centered designs that meet the needs of customers and the competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly products based on customer needs and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Front-end Engineers and Product Managers to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Develop and maintain the Ellipse design system, style guides, and component libraries.
  • Plan, organize, and execute usability tests to inform design decisions.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar design role.
  • Strong communication skills to participate in team meetings and present designs.
  • Ability to adapt design requirements based on feedback from cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in analyzing research data to identify patterns, trends, and key insights is a plus.
