Bakery Production Assistant

A Bakery Production Assistant plays a crucial role in the preparation, baking, and packaging of various baked goods. This position involves ensuring the smooth operation of the bakery, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist bakers in preparing and baking bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
- Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure products are baked to perfection.
- Package and label finished products for sale or distribution.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and ingredients, and notify the baker when supplies are low.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with record-keeping and documentation of baking processes.
