Activities Champion Opportunity

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Activities Champion to join our team at Springbank. As an Activities Champion, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our service users by providing stimulation and encouragement through entertainment, activities, and community links.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement activity profiles for each service user in collaboration with care staff.
  • Ensure the safe and proper use of equipment.
  • Maintain accurate and legible records of service users' activities.
  • Liaise with the senior nurse on duty regarding outings.
  • Research prospective outings for accessibility and toileting facilities.
  • Liaise with senior care assistants regarding relative medical or nursing care information.
