Position Details:

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week, organized on a 7-day schedule.

Shift Patterns: Typical shifts run from 07:30 am to 3:00 pm or 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with schedules prepared four weeks in advance to help you manage your personal commitments effectively.

Compensation: The role offers a salary of £22,308 pro rata per annum, equating to £11.44 per hour, with various shifts available to accommodate different lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals in achieving independent living by managing daily tasks such as budgeting, bill payments, household chores, scheduling appointments, and preparing nutritious meals.
  • Foster excellent communication and relationship-building skills to help those we support engage with their surroundings and develop positive connections.
  • Encourage community and social involvement by helping individuals access local events and activities, enhancing their life skills and personal identity.
  • Provide personal care assistance, which may include prompting medication intake and aiding with bathing and grooming, although not all roles will require extensive personal care duties.
