We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Healthshare Group. As a key member of our Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy clinic, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to patients with a range of MSK conditions.

• Clinical Expertise
  • Assess and manage patients with complex MSK conditions, utilizing advanced clinical reasoning skills and evidence-based practice.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating a range of interventions and modalities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
• Leadership and Education
  • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to junior physiotherapists, promoting professional development and excellence in practice.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and research projects to advance the field of MSK physiotherapy.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals, utilizing clear and concise language to ensure understanding and engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners to promote collaboration and mutual respect.

• Qualifications
  • BSc or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
  • HCPC and CSP registration.
  • Evidence of MSK-related continuing professional development (CPD).
• Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working at a Band 6 level in MSK outpatients.
  • Management experience, including delegated departmental duties.
  • Experience of quality issues and audit.
