About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at a Barchester Care Home. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care and support to patients with complex and challenging behaviors.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered care and support to patients with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide supervision to ensure patient safety
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse
  • Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and CQC requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
