Job Title: Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our Optronics and Missile Electronics (OME) UK team in Glasgow.

About the Role:

  • As a Risk Management Specialist, you will be responsible for providing an effective Risk Management service in a complex multiple project delivery environment.
  • You will develop and deploy standards for programme and bids, ensuring that risk management processes are aligned with corporate requirements.
  • You will work closely with the project team to identify, report, manage, and control risks and opportunities, ensuring that all risks are identified, reported, managed, and controlled at an appropriate level and quality.
  • You will also be responsible for managing the pre and post contingency values in the risk toolset, coordinating with finance and project control change processes.

About You:

  • You will have experience in a standalone Risk Management role, providing an effective Risk Management service in a complex multiple project delivery environment.
  • You will have a practical knowledge of the full business lifecycle management, including capture, qualification, and developing capture plans and winning strategies.
  • You will have experience of client and stakeholder management in a complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-site project management context.

Requirements:

  • UK National
  • Security Clearance (SC) without any caveats
  • Resided in the UK for the last 5 years
