Site Manager Job Opportunity

RGB Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team in the south west. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinating and managing construction work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  2. Supervising construction workers and subcontractors.
  3. Conducting regular inspections of site to identify and address any potential issues or risks.
  4. Managing the relevant paperwork (i.e. daily inspections, QA, H&S forms etc.).
  5. Monitoring costs and project progress.
  6. Finding solutions to problems that occur throughout a project.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Site Manager.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • First aid at work certification.
  • Black or Gold CSCS card.
  • Ability to pass background checks and obtain security clearance.
