The Role: Dental Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our team at Acorn Orthodontics in Fleet. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality orthodontic care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting dentists with various procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the treatment process.
  • Preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Taking and developing dental radiographs (if qualified).
  • Providing excellent patient care, communicating effectively with patients, and addressing their concerns.
  • Working collaboratively with the dental team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid certification or diploma in Dental Nursing.
  • Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
  • Radiography qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • A positive attitude, empathy, and strong communication skills.
