Job Title: Research Nurse - Paediatric Clinical Trials

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Nurse to join our dynamic team at Great Ormond Street Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Research Nurse, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of high-quality clinical research, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the safe and effective conduct of trials.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, educate, and monitor patients within clinical trials
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to clinical research
  • Collaborate with the research team to lead and coordinate the delivery of clinical research portfolios
  • Provide high-quality patient care and promote a culture of excellence in research practice
Person Specification:
  • NMC Registered Nurse (Child)
  • Possession of a relevant nursing degree
  • Evidence of leadership and management development
  • Evidence of ongoing dynamic continuing professional development
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
  • Assessing and mentoring qualification
  • European Paediatric Life Support
