  • Financial Analysis: Analyze and interpret financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

  • Data Verification: Verify the accuracy of data entry, ensuring that all financial data is accurate and reliable.
  • Sub-Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with sub-contractors to obtain applications, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted on time.
  • Payment Certificates: Issue payment certificates and ensure they are assigned to finance, ensuring that all payments are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Internal Systems: Keep internal job systems updated and accurate on a daily and monthly basis, ensuring that all financial data is up-to-date and reliable.
  • Revenue Capture: Ensure correct revenue capture, ensuring that all revenue is accurately recorded and reported.
  • Month-End Activities: Conduct reconciliations following Month-End activities, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

Requirements:

  • Education: Hold a 2:1 bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Driving License: Possess a full UK driving license.
  • Experience: While experience in an administrative, financial, or commercial role is advantageous, it is not essential.
  • Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to analyze and interpret data.
