We are seeking a Culinary Operations Executive to enhance our team and support the implementation of innovative menu offerings across various educational facilities. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing appetizing and creative food options while adhering to financial, operational, and consumer expectations. Collaborating closely with chefs and unit managers, you will uphold the highest food quality standards and ensure that presentation is equally impressive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing captivating food offerings and marketing strategies that align with current trends, ensuring innovation and profitability.
- Enhancing our food services to boost sales and foster customer loyalty.
- Mentoring and guiding chefs in your region on essential areas such as company standards, compliance, and food safety regulations.
- Maintaining consistent excellence in customer service and swiftly addressing any issues that arise.
- Adhering to all company and client policies, as well as statutory regulations related to health and safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess experience in a senior culinary position, showcasing creativity and skill in food preparation. You should have a strong grasp of industry trends and innovations, alongside a solid financial acumen, including budgeting and cost management, which you can effectively communicate to your team. Your ability to engage with diverse audiences and drive company initiatives will be essential.
