Job Title: Compliance Analyst

About the Department for Work and Pensions

The DWP is responsible for welfare, pensions, and child maintenance policy. We are the UK's biggest public service department, administering the State Pension and a range of working-age, disability, and ill health benefits to around 20 million claimants and customers.

About the Role

As a Compliance Analyst, you will work as part of a team to support and improve the delivery of excellent customer service, quality, and performance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking telephone calls and face-to-face conversations with customers to collect information and ensure the correctness and accuracy of data held.
  • Ensuring awareness and compliance with all aspects of security and data protection.
  • Communicating clearly and concisely to a wide range of customers, respecting diversity at all times.
  • Complying with all relevant policy and procedure regarding DWP Standards of Behaviour.

Contract Details

This is an 18-month fixed-term contract. The full-time working week is 37 hours, with flexible working patterns available. Part-time and job-sharing working patterns are also available, subject to business needs.
