About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop therapeutic relationships with patients and their families to promote recovery and independence
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care delivery
  • Apply evidence-based interventions to address patient needs and promote positive outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and care plans

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current Pin Number and registration with the NMC
  • Experience in mental health nursing, with a strong understanding of the Mental Health Act 1983
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
  • A commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for delivering high-quality services
