We are seeking a skilled Teradata Developer with a strong background in Power BI to join our team at N Consulting Ltd.

Contract Duration:
Minimum 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and enhance SQL queries, stored procedures, and user-defined functions for effective data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and ETL developers to gather data requirements and maintain data integrity.
  • Apply data modeling techniques and adhere to best practices in database design.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of databases.
  • Engage in the testing and deployment of database modifications and new functionalities.
  • Offer technical support and resolve database-related challenges.
  • Create and sustain documentation for database objects, procedures, and applications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Profound understanding of Teradata SQL, database design principles, and data modeling methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Teradata utilities, tools, and scripting languages (e.g., Teradata SQL Assistant, BTEQ, FASTLoad).
  • Knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization strategies.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing and business intelligence principles.
  • Experience with agile development practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation proficiency.
