Position Overview:

We are actively looking for a Licensed Electrician to join our dynamic engineering and production environment. The role may require assistance in various departments as needed.

This is a full-time, permanent role, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, maintenance, repair, and testing of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
  • Conducting Electrical Installation Condition Reports and documenting any identified issues.
  • Installation, inspection, and testing of emergency lighting systems.
  • Testing and servicing of fire detection and alarm systems.
  • Identifying and rectifying faults in existing electrical systems.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work performed and associated costs through the Tidyco portal, in collaboration with the Electrical Divisional Manager.
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations and practices at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • City & Guilds 18th Edition wiring regulations certification.
  • City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing or equivalent (desirable, training available for the right candidate).
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
  • AM2 qualification.
  • Approved Electrician status.
  • Valid full driving license.
  • IPAF certification.
  • PASMA certification.
  • Level 3 Award in Domestic, Commercial & Industrial Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment City & Guilds (advantageous, training available).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
