Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

At Elysian Residences, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in our internal common areas, ensuring that our residents and guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, adopting Elysian Residences' policies, procedures, and values.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring that all residents and guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Take personal responsibility for understanding and following the company's Health & Safety policies and practices.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, ensuring that all information is shared clearly and confidently.
  • Actively seek to maintain a safe work environment for all employees, residents, contractors, and members of the public.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a luxury retirement community setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information, dealing with issues and queries with utmost professionalism.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety policies and practices, with the ability to apply them in a practical setting.
