As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to our production clients, ensuring that our studio facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our studio facilities.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including the correct use of personal protective equipment.
- React to emergencies and implement temporary fixes to minimize downtime.
- Manage the facilities technician team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure that all team members have the necessary training and qualifications to perform their duties safely and effectively.
Requirements:
- Practical experience in a maintenance or facilities role, preferably in the film or television industry.
- Supervisory or management experience, with a proven track record of leading a team.
- Qualifications in one or more trades, such as construction, decorating, or groundworks.
- IPAF and forklift certification, as well as a full UK driving license.
