DT Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and passionate DT teacher to join our team at a highly regarded secondary school in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching and learning to support pupils achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that inspire pupils to learn
• Design and implement effective teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners
• Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality lessons
• Assess and record pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher (QTS) or overseas-trained to UK equivalent
• Experience of teaching KS3/KS4/KS5 DT to a high level
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching DT
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
