Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Support Specialist to join our team at Forvis Mazars. As a key member of our Financial Planning Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the achievement of our objectives in winning new clients and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Provide exceptional support to our Financial Planners, ensuring that all client-facing activities are coordinated and executed efficiently.
- Workflow Management: Maintain accurate records and information on Intelligent Office, ensuring that work is logged, tracked, and internal records are up-to-date.
- File Management: Ensure that files and store records are held in accordance with internal standards, allowing for efficient access and retrieval.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders through clear and concise communication.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Financial Planning Team, including preparing engagement documentation, maintaining accurate Funds Under Management data, and monitoring the pipeline to track expected income.
Requirements:
- Financial Services Experience: Proven experience in the financial advice sector or IFA industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
- IT Skills: Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to work to deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing demands and priorities, with a flexible approach to work.
