We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Membership Advisor and Fitness Coach to join our team at Anytime Fitness in Wandsworth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a marketing plan to attract new members and promote our services
- Deliver a high level of customer experience through excellent service and retention strategies
- Lead a highly motivated team to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Perform Membership Advisor duties, including prospecting and converting leads into sales
- Transition into Fitness Coaching once the club is opened
- Proven track record of delivering a high-quality member and prospect experience within the fitness and wellbeing industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Operational experience, including health and safety processes
- A level 3 fitness qualification is desirable
- Salary - £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
- Monthly and annual bonuses
