Job Title: ACCA Financial Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ACCA Financial Analyst to join our team at Hays Accountancy and Finance. As a key member of our corporate functions department, you will be responsible for preparing budgets, tracking spending, analyzing variances, and updating forecasts for various business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for Legal, HR, IT, Facilities, Real Estate, and Finance departments.
- Analyze key business infrastructure projects and identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Perform month-end processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the FP&A team to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and alignment.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings to stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
