At Redstone Search Group, we are working with a leading international copper mining company to find a highly skilled Commercial Sustainability Manager to join their team in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial sustainability strategy across the metals sector, focusing on copper, rhenium, molybdenum, and other precious metals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, effectively communicating the developed strategies to key stakeholders.
  • Identify and bridge the gap between commercial and sustainability teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Lead projects to produce in-depth research and findings for the commercial team, mentoring junior members and promoting knowledge sharing.
  • Report directly to the CEO, providing strategic insights and recommendations.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a deep understanding of the link between strategy development and commercial implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles and their impact on metals and mining, particularly in the copper, rhenium, molybdenum, and precious metals sectors.
  • Experience in a management or mentoring role is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • The role is based in London, with a minimum of two days in the office.
