About the Role:

The Staffline Group is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Account Manager to join our team. As a Recruitment Account Manager, you will be responsible for supplying temporary workers to our clients in the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and workers
  • Attending planning and forecasting meetings to fill requirements and identify challenges
  • Using data to maximize efficiencies and improve processes
  • Working closely with clients to deliver quick turnaround of candidates
  • Identifying commercial opportunities to grow the client base and develop new business
  • Managing compliance requirements, including Agency Worker Regulations and National Minimum Wage
  • Building candidate pipelines for future temporary requirements
  • Interviewing and inducting potential job candidates
