As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the site team, supporting the Project Manager in driving the project programme to achieve key deliverables and project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the site team
  • Support the Project Manager in driving the project programme
  • Ensure SHEQ and Environmental Management
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Oversee commercial and cost management
  • Complete project handovers
  • Manage subcontract and labour resources

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Site Management on water projects
  • Knowledge of NEC 4 contracts
  • HNC degree in Civil Engineering
  • SMSTS/SSSTS certification
  • CSCS certification
  • First Aid certification
  • Temporary Works experience
