About the Role:

Spencer Clarke Group is seeking a skilled Data Quality Officer to support our local authority client in Bournemouth. This is a hybrid working opportunity with a 3-month initial contract, potentially leading to an ongoing basis.

The successful candidate will provide specialist support for data and associated systems/databases, ensuring accurate management information and analysis that supports business planning and service development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data held and utilised across case management systems in Children's Services.
  • Develop and implement robust processes and systems for research, collection, verification, and calculation of data and management information.
  • Conduct regular data cleansing tasks to maintain data quality and integrity, identifying risks and implementing improvements.
  • Identify and implement data quality and data capture improvement tasks to ensure system data is of high quality.

About You:

  • HND Level qualification or equivalent, with ICT qualification (e.g. ITIL Foundation) or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including analysis and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of reports development using Power BI.

What We Offer:

17+ per hour, negotiable dependent on experience.
