Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Systems Administrator to join our award-winning Finance team at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful implementation and embedding of our new finance system across the UK and overseas hubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake extensive and detailed troubleshooting and testing to investigate system issues, identifying solutions to minimize service disruption.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance financial processes through system improvements and automation.
- Create an established feedback process gathering and analyzing data to establish a development of work.
- Work alongside the Finance Systems Manager to plan and deliver an accessible training schedule for the LSTM group.
Requirements
- Experience of maintaining and developing finance systems.
- Knowledge of underpinning technical infrastructure of finance systems and how accounts are compiled.
- Flexible working arrangements, with a preference for a hybrid model with 2 days per week working on-site.
